The NFL scouts have made their annual pilgrimage to Mobile, Alabama this week to take a look at the best of the best of this year's senior class from around the country.

This year's game kick-offs on Saturday at 3:00 and will be televised on the NFL Network.

The North squad will be coached by Leslie Frazier and the Minnesota Vikings staff.  Mike Shanahan and the Washington Redskins staff will lead the south group.

As for the Big 12, the conference will be well represented with 15 players on hand; four will play for the North team and 11 are on the South's roster.

Who should you watch?  Well, that likely depends on your team of choice, but my eyes will be on couple different guys.

Kelechi Osemele from Iowa State.  The massive left tackle has long been thought of as a first round talent.  This will be a big week of practice for him to show he belongs among the guys worthy of being selected on the draft's first night.

Jeff Fuller didn't have a great year for Texas A&M but he is a guy that is still an intriguing prospect.  He weighed on on Monday at 6'4" and 217 pounds to he no doubt has the frame NFL teams' are looking for.  He is a guy who's stock can rise considerably with a strong showing in Mobile and at the combine.

Age is obviously that subject that comes up most often regarding Oklahoma State's Brandon Weeden.  If you're an NFL team, do you care he's 28 years old?  Probably, but if you think he's an NFL ready quarterback, he's worth the risk in my opinion.

There will also be a couple notable absences among the seniors from the Big 12, as well.  Texas A&M's Ryan Tannehill, Baylo'r Kendall Wright, and Oklahoma State's Levy Adcock will all sit the game out while they recover from various injuries.  All three could have benefited from playing, but they still have the NFL combine coming up in February to impress the NFL's brass.

Here's the full list of the players on the roster from the Big 12.  The height and weight numbers are from the Senior Bowl's official weigh-in which happened on Monday.
